These terms cover booking and services with Sparkle Shine Academy of Aesthetics (Sparkle Shine Spa LLC). By booking an appointment, you agree to the policies below.

Booking & deposits

A $50 deposit is required to reserve treatment appointments. Your deposit is applied toward the cost of your service. Booking is handled through our scheduling provider.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations and no-shows may forfeit the deposit, since the time was reserved just for you.

Consultations & results

Permanent makeup, fibroblast, and other advanced treatments include a consultation and a consent form completed before we begin. Aesthetic results vary from person to person and may require more than one session. Our services are cosmetic and are not a substitute for medical care or advice.

Your responsibility

Please share any relevant health conditions, allergies, medications, or recent treatments during your consultation. Some services have contraindications, and this information helps keep you safe and your results beautiful.
